The coming King

The twin themes of Advent give to this period of the Church’s year a potent blend of expectation and rejoicing. These six sketches for Christian drama groups reflect aspects of each of these attitudes. They can be performed Sunday by Sunday from Advent to Epiphany, used as occasional productions with an appropriate sermon or talk, or run in their entirety as part of a special Advent evening.
